Look! I Made a Thing!

Hey y'all,

As y'all know, I have been super crafty lately. So I made some tie-dye slip on shoes that are absolutely perfect for summer and they kinda remind me of the Big Stick cherry pineapple popsicles that you used to get as kids. Please tell me someone else has had those! (Man, I really want them now)

Here is all that I used for these awesome shoes:

Supplies:

White slip on shoes
Tie-Dye kit
Water Proofing Spray
Tape

Directions:

Prepare your tie-dye colors as directed on the package. Put on those ever so wonderful gloves, and start dying away! (I did it over my stainless steel kitchen sink for obvious reasons)

Next, you have to let them sit forever, and then once their time is up, rinse them off till the water runs clear.

Set them out to dry for 24 hours, and tape up the white edge of the sole. This will protect the white rubber from the waterproofing spray that will discolor it if it isn't covered. Once taped and protected and dry, remove tape and ta da!
